Build Theme / Challenge: Since we’re ringing in the New Year, New Warehouse, and a Leap Year that can only mean babies! Wait, what? Yes, the build challenge for January will be anything related to babies! Rattles, cribs, clothing, bottles, lasers, babies with lasers (what?), vignettes with babies. Happy New Year!
It’s a new year and a new location for the BrickCon warehouse! We’ll just celebrate both them with a party! The new warehouse is larger which means we have more room for the swap meet and potluck! AND we heard there may be some items that BrickCon would like to sell or donate too!

Seating: Remember to bring an extra chair!
Food
Remember to bring utensils for serving your dish. If you have something hot/warm there are outlets available. In addition, extra paper plates, napkins, and cups are appreciated. Finally, we always end up with food left behind to throw out. Try to budget for 50 – 75 people; if you’re leaving early, take your food with you or bring cartons so people can take leftovers.
Clean Up
BrickCon graciously allows us to use the Warehouse for this and our June BBQ and last minute location changes. PLEASE clean up as you go, please help clean up when we start winding down, AND be willing to take a recycle or garbage bag home with you.
New Members
Socializing is the key. So don’t be shy, speak up and introduce yourself around! Let’s us know if this is your first meeting. It is helpful if you bring a MOC (something you’ve created, built, or working on) to put on the “Show and Tell” table.
The Meeting aka “The Business”
Between 2:30 to 3:00 PM I’ll ask people to grab a chair and we will quickly go through any business the club has to address. Our goal is to cover the business in about 30 to 45 minutes so we can get to socializing again, SO DON’T LEAVE when the “business” is done! Stick around, hang out and have some fun!
