It definitely feels like summer is nearly here in the PNW! Yesterday we gathered at the King County Library in Woodinville to socialize and share our creations. We had a great turnout and caught up with the folks who attended Bricks Cascade in Portland last month. We were also excited to welcome many new members! After some business, we shared MOCs and this month’s build challenge of building a habitat for our signature minifigures (sig fig). After that we drafted the 76242 Thanos Mech Armor.
A few upcoming display events/opportunities to highlight:
- July 1 – Geek Xtravaganza in Everett
- July 8 – Totem Lake Connector Grand Opening in Kirkland – at this event the Totem Lake Connector build team will be displaying their scale model of the Connector in its new permanent home!
- July 15 – Strawberry Festival on Vashon Island
- September 9-10 – BrickCon at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue
- November 11 – Grit City Comic Show in Tacoma
