What:

SEALUGgers filled out a survey on what people want to happen at BrickCon
2008. BrickCon 2008 will be October 3, 4, and 5 (load-in on October 2) at
the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. Registration will open soon. There
is thought that the theme will be Adventurers. Persons interested in
helping to organize the con should contact Wayne. Rick expressed interest
in an icebreaker to facilitate meeting new people at the convention.

S@H is reportedly offering free shipping on orders of $100 or more through
Sunday, February 3.

Dan Parker spoke of his recent trip to Billund for meetings of the LEGO
Certified Professionals with LEGO.

Wal-Marts still have clearance product and the clearance level is at the
discretion of each store's manager.

Window on the Community:
February: Justin Pratt
March: No one at the meeting volunteered. There was mention that
Ashley Glennon had never gotten a chance to get into the window. Does he
want to? Otherwise, does anyone else want to?

Various MOCs were in evidence, including Ben's train in progress, Rick's
clapper, Terri's hearts, Steven's amusement park rides, and Tre's flying
vehicles.
